 -Purpose

The center, established in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences in 1997, aims to (1) promote the industry of Teaching Chinese as Second Language in Taiwan, (2) provide professional assistance for foreigners in mastering the Chinese language skills, (3) develop learning materials and hold learning camps as ways to network with the international work markets. By conducting the language teaching business, the center ultimately expects to spread the beauty of Chinese and Taiwanese cultures and to enhance the trans-national understandings in the world.
